All pay as you go & blocks are to be booked and pre-paid no less than 24hours before the class or start of block. I require this in order to be prepared for the clients participating and quantities of any small equipment. In the event demand is low I may need to cancel a class and want to give those already booked on and the venue owners 24hours notice. If this happens I will arrange refunds or reschedules as per clients' preferences.
Pay as You Go single class bookings
These are non-refundable however up until 48hours before the class you are able to contact me to request a switch to an alternative class can make, subject to availability. Sorry, missed classes at short notice cannot be carried over. If you wish to cancel a pay as you go class 48hours or more before please call/email me, if someone is on a waiting list I will be able to make a refund less payment processing fees.
All blocks are non-refundable and can’t be rescheduled however up until 48hours before a class within a block if you wish to swap it to an alternative class in a different venue within the block please contact me. I’ll try to accommodate, subject to availability. Sorry, missed classes at short notice cannot be carried over.
For all classes ‘Gift to a friend Option’
If you can’t make a class at short notice you can gift to a friend subject to their acceptance of terms and conditions. Please email me with their details before your class and new clients will need to complete the health and consent form in advance. Sorry, I cannot accept anyone into a class if they just turn up!
Health & Consent Form Requirements
New clients will receive an email with a health questionnaire & consent form after making 1st class booking to send back to me before your 1st class starts please.
Existing clients agree to sending updated forms if any health conditions change during the course of services.
If you are over age 69 you will need to seek advice from a medical professional before attending your 1st class.
Please do not book a class if you are pregnant/post natal <6months OR under the age of 16, I'm not qualified to teach you, apologies.
Booking Cancellations, Dates & Availability
Pilates Empower is under no obligation to refund or change your class/block to a later date, in the event that you are unable to attend booked classes. Missed classes and short notice cancellations are non-refundable.
Class availability and dates may change from time to time to ensure they work around my diary as well as the venues and considering regular clients’ needs from time to time. All classes and blocks available to book are on the website, if for any reason I need to cancel you will be given the choice of a refund or alternative date(s).
If your sessions are being paid for by someone other than yourself, you are responsible for informing that person of Pilates Empower’s terms, payment and cancellation policies.
Class numbers are limited to ensure we’re in a comfortable space for our Pilates practice and in respect of the facilities at the venues. They are subject to availability and work on a first come first served basis. If a class is full you can contact me to be put on the waiting list so if someone is unable to attend you may get the chance of getting booked in and if this is the case you will get confirmation in advance.
