I'm a fully qualified L3 Pilates instructor teaching at various gyms and now delighted to offer my own mixed abiity group classes, pilates in the office and private/semi private sessions across Lancashire.

Pilates is a perfect distraction. It heightens body awareness and has the power to make you feel stronger and better able to cope with chronic pain.
The practice involves mindful movement and breath. It awakens the parasympathetic nervous system helping us relax and recharge our energy.
I've worked in sales, training and coaching over the years and grateful to combine these skills to help you enjoy the magic of Pilates in a local venue, the workplace or at home.
Pilates can improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Over time it builds muscle strength, tightens our core and may reduce pain helping us feel empowered.

When we're self empowered we understand our strengths and weaknesses and we're motivated to learn and achieve. We have a more positive outlook whether in recovery or in feeling a sense of ownership and control over our health.
Oh and it happens to have my name in it - bonus!

We do plenty of release stretches to reduce tension and stress which trigger endorphins, our fabulous mood boosting hormones which make us feel good!
Group Classes are mixed ability, workplace and private/semi privates are tailored to needs using own bodyweight and optional small equipment.
We'll focus on strengthening and lengthening as well as stamina and balance. All based on Joseph Pilates' 6 key principles:- Concentration, Centre, Control, Breath, Precision & Flow.
